Dear Tenants,

My name is Matthew Dawson.  My wife, Pam, and I purchased 8 Greene Street back in June of 2013.  We chose 8 Greene Street because it is located in a very desirable part of Burlington, close to UVM, Champlain College and downtown Burlington.  The building was built and owned by one family for 3 generations, and has been maintained extremely well over the years.  We are thrilled to own this historic building.

Pam and I are graduates of  UVM (1984) with 3 children, 1 out of college and 2 still attending.  We live in Charlotte, which is about 15 miles south of Burlington, because we feel this is a wonderful area to raise a family.

Our main concern going forward is that all of our tenants have a good experience at 8 Greene Street, and that we provide them with a safe and healthy living environment.
